Adjustable Arms are an option (Arms are height adjustable so that you arms can rest on them at the right height. They also allow you to get your chair under your desk without the arms hitting the side of the desk.)

Lumbar Pump is an option (ErgoAir) (With a lumbar pump you can precisely regulate the amount of pressure in the lumbar support of your chair.

Using the pump, you can increase the lumbar support to provide a more firm and pronounced lumbar support in the back rest or you can decrease the lumbar support to reduce the pressure. A lumbar pump is ideal for anyone who experiences back pain when sitting at their desk, as you will be able to adjust the lumbar support to specifically suit your needs).

Delivery was quick. Chair is great, no more sore back! but the chair was very squeaky, but nothing a bit of WD40 couldn't fix.
